Arrest made in June Saratoga Springs shooting

A 23-year-old man from Albany is under arrest in connection with a shots fired incident in Saratoga Springs back in June.
It happened at Caroline Street and Broadway, shortly after a stabbing on Caroline Street.
Dennis Combs III is charged and is in the Saratoga County Jail.
No arrest has been made in the stabbing incident.
