Arrest made in November Albany homicide

ALBANY – A man is under arrest in connection with a homicide NewsChannel 13 first told you about last month.

Ahliek Leonard, 19, was taken into custody after police searched a home on 1st Street in Albany.

Police say he gunned down 36-year-old Andrew Miller near the KFC-Taco Bell on Delaware Avenue, after a fight on November 18.

Leonard is charged with second-degree murder.
