Nicole Elmore, 35, should have known right away things wouldn’t go to her liking at her bail hearing, after the judge told her the allegations are the worst he’s ever seen short of murder.

Those allegations are that Elmore and her boyfriend, 31-year-old Justin Wilson, kidnapped Wilson’s estranged wife from her Gloversville home back on New Year’s Eve.

According to court documents obtained by NewsChannel 13, the alleged victim says she was driven to Nicole Elmore’s trailer home in Broadalbin and held captive for six days, during which she claims her pinkie finger was cut off, she was burned with a flame, she was sexually abused, whipped, and strangled to the point of unconsciousness.

While being driven around in Wilson’s car, the alleged victim says she was able to escape.

The alleged victim contends Elmore "was involved with everything."

Initially, Acting District Attorney, Amanda Nellis told Judge Michael Smrtik she didn’t think there should be any bail, but when pressed to come up with a number, she said $1 million.

Citing the seriousness of the charges, and the possibility of life in prison as punishment for the top charge, the judge set bail at $500,000 cash, or $1 million bond.
