Baker to deliver his final State of the Commonwealth address in Massachusetts

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker will deliver his final State of the Commonwealth address Tuesday evening.
Baker announced last month he was not running for a third term.
A spokeswoman for the governor says Baker plans to highlight ways he has worked with Democratic majorities in the House and Senate "to deliver bipartisan results" for Massachusetts.
Baker will make his speech at 7 p.m.
