Ballston Spa man charged with sex abuse

A 35-year-old Ballston Spa man is arrested on sexual abuse charges.
Christopher Sears allegedly sexually abused another person who was incapable of consent.
The alleged crime happened in the town of Milton between July 1 and August 31.
Sears was arraigned and then released on his own recognizance.
