Big arts celebration underway in Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs is being taken over by art exhibits and performances.

The "All Together Now: Arts Celebration" is underway in the Spa City.

The festival serves as the official re-opening of cultural destinations.

More than 40 events are planned at several locations throughout the city.
