Bystander grazed by bullet in Troy shooting

Troy police are investigating after officers say an innocent bystander was grazed by a bullet in a shooting Saturday night near the Arnold Fallon apartments on River street.
A woman was hit by a bullet near Building 1.
Investigators believe there were several witnesses to the crime and are asking anyone who has information that could help lead to an arrest to please contact Troy Police Department.
