ALBANY – Organizers of Capital Holiday Lights in the Park say if they don’t get more help setting up the display, there may not be one this holiday season.

The executive director of the Police Athletic League says they normally start getting help earlier in the fall. However, they were delayed this year getting the permit to set up in the park. Now they’re running behind.

Organizers raised the pay rate to $16 an hour, with a bonus for everyone who works all their shifts.
