Capital Region colleges update mask policies

The final weeks of this college semester are yet again disrupted by COVID-19.

Some schools in New York, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Texas have re-imposed a range of virus measures.

UAlbany just updated its guidance, strongly recommending people wear a mask inside any campus building.

Skidmore College tells NewsChannel 13 they returned to mandatory indoor masking through the end of the semester, which is on May 3. KN-95 masks are required in all indoor public spaces.

RPI never changed its mask requirements. The school tells NewsChannel 13 masks must be worn in public indoor spaces on campus.
