Capital Region has highest 7-day COVID positivity rate in NY state

The Capital Region has the highest 7-day average COVID infection rate in New York state, which is 1.75%.
That’s according to the latest numbers released by Gov. Cuomo’s office on Monday.
The positivity rate in the Mohawk Valley is 0.81%.
The daily positivity rate in the entire state is 1.18%, with a 7-day average of 1.26%.
There are 378 people hospitalized across the state with the virus, an increase of 26 people.
Sadly, another three people died.
