Capital Region has NY’s highest COVID positivity rate

The Capital Region continues to have the highest seven-day average COVID infection rate in New York state at is 4.26%. That’s according to the numbers released Sunday by Gov. Cuomo’s office.

The positivity rate in the Central New York is 3.89%.

The daily positivity rate in the entire state is 3.06%, with a seven-day average of 2.91%.
