Have plans to take some vacation and travel? A survey finds 91% of Americans say it’s important to use paid time off for travel.

However, according to Destination Analysts, American workers left an average of more than four days, or 29%, of their paid time off on the table in 2021.

National Plan for Vacation Day, which is the last Tuesday each January, is set aside to encourage Americans to plan their vacation days for the whole year, to inspire them to use every day of their paid time off.

While you may still be hesitant to travel throughout the country or internationally, here in the Capital Region, we have exciting staycations.
Many locally owned hotels want to help plan your vacation. Saratoga Arms in Saratoga Springs, can help make your visit as unique and one-of-a-kind as possible.

"All you need to do is figure out your dates and make your booking. We have a concierge that calls you right after you make a booking to see what things you’re interested in, what brings you to Saratoga," said Amy Smith, with Saratoga Arms.

With world-class horse racing, hundreds of hiking and biking trails, and arts, culture, and entertainment everyone can enjoy, Saratoga County has an experience for just about everyone.
