Cardona’s Market celebrates new Latham store

A local specialty market is celebrating its grand reopening. Cardona’s Market opened its new Latham storefront, after its acquisition of Roma Foods Importing Company.

Cardona’s is a three-generation, family-owned market for more than 75 years.

Owners say the centerpiece of its new market is the signature hot table, offering more than a dozen rotating dishes, including Italian family recipes and seasonal specials.

Cardona’s also took over Roma’s Saratoga Springs market. That location will undergo its own renovations, with an anticipated grand re-opening in late spring.
