Ceiling collapse damages East Greenbush Town Hall

East Greenbush Town Hall closed early Wednesday after part of the ceiling collapsed.

NewsChannel 13 is told this happened in the town clerk’s office, but no one was injured.

There also appears to be structural damage to the entrance of the building.

Sixteen town employees were sent home early, but the police department which is located in the basement of the building remains open.
