City of Troy closes Uncle Sam Parking Garage

The Uncle Sam Parking Garage is currently closed to the public.
The city’s code enforcement has the building blocked off and are ordering people to vacate it. NewsChannel 13 is not sure what led the city to close down the garage.
Two years ago, NewsChannel 13 did a story on the crumbling infrastructure there.
