Coaches vs. Cancer Bracket Buster achieves donation goal

Tamarac Head Coach and Event Organizer Eric Medved said the Coaches vs. Cancer Bracket Buster tournament broke the $10,000 donation goal. Ways to donate ranged from paying the $8 admission fee to the event, additional sales at the event, and via Venmo. Medved donations are still being counted and exceed well over the goal.

The three day event showcased 18 different boys high school basketball teams from the Capital Region, held at Hudson Valley Community College. Medved is looking forward to next years tournament, which is already in its planning stages.
