Code Blue Alert issued in Albany County

With cold weather in the forecast, a Code Blue Alert has been issued.
People who are homeless in Albany County can go to the Capital City Rescue Mission on South Pearl Street, the emergency overflow shelter on State Street, or the IPH Safe Haven on South Swan Street.
The Code Blue is in effect through next Thursday.
