Cohoes home heavily damaged by fire

COHOES – A Cohoes family is safe after their home caught on fire earlier Monday morning.
The flames broke out around 5:15 a.m. on Bridge Avenue.
NewsChannel 13 was at the scene while multiple fire departments responded.
The home was heavily damaged.
There is no word yet on what caused the fire, or if the home is a total loss.
