Cohoes man arrested in connection with Troy shooting

A Cohoes man is facing charges in connection with a shooting on Sunday in Troy.
Police say 26-year-old Angel Sanchez is charged with attempted murder and assault.
The shooting happened on Sunday near 3rd and Congress streets.
The victim is expected to recover.
