Colonie motel employee accused of stabbing guest

A Colonie motel employee is accused of stabbing a guest during a fight. The guest is now recovering from a punctured lung.
Police say it happened at the Super 8 at 2 Wolf Road around 4:30 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
Reginald Scott, 34, is now charged with assault and weapons possession.
He was sent to the Albany County Jail without bail.
