Colonie woman celebrates 106th birthday

A special birthday is being celebrated in Albany County.

Margaret White is turning 106 years old on Wednesday, May 4.

A party was held a day early, Tuesday, at Shaker Place Rehabilitation & Nursing in Colonie.

Margaret’s family was joined by Albany County Executive Dan McCoy for the celebration.

Cake and White’s favorite – strawberry ice cream – were on the menu.
