Congress Park fountain damaged by vandals

Saratoga Springs police are investigating more vandalism in Congress Park.
The Morrissey Fountain was damaged early Sunday morning. It was also vandalized in September 2018.
Police say they are looking for three men who were caught on a surveillance camera standing in the fountain.
