NewsChannel 13 obtained court documents on Friday in connection with a deadly July 4 boating accident on Saratoga Lake.
The new details were first reported by the Daily Gazette.
The papers name 19-year-old Blake Heflin. He’s accused of boating while drunk on Saratoga Lake on July 4, resulting in a fatality.
The court papers do not specifically say Heflin caused the accident. They do say he refused a blood test, and was compelled to take one by court order.
