Court sentencing delayed in Schenectady domestic violence case
A Schenectady man convicted in a domestic violence incident will have to wait until December to find out his sentence.
Dustin Donovan was expected in court Tuesday, but his case was moved to December 20.
A jury convicted Donovan of tampering with property belonging to a woman he dated. He also crashed his car into hers, setting it on fire.
Donovan faces up to seven years in prison.
