Cuomo: 63% of Capital Region adults are fully vaccinated

The Capital Region is doing better with COVID vaccinations compared to the rest of the state.
Gov. Cuomo says 63% of adults are fully vaccinated and 70% of adults have received their first dose.
More than 57% of adults in New York state are now fully vaccinated. There are 65% of adults statewide who have received their first dose.
