Former Gov. Cuomo won’t be facing misconduct-related charges in Westchester County.

Cuomo was accused of making a trooper at his Mount Kisco home uncomfortable by kissing her on the check after asking permission, and in a separate case, pulling a woman toward him at White Plains High School to kiss her without any permission.

District Attorney Miriam Roach says while the allegations are credible, they can’t prosecute due to statutory requirements.

In a statement, Roach said in part:

"This conclusion is unrelated to any possible civil liability which is beyond the scope of a district attorney’s jurisdiction, which focuses solely on criminal laws…We continue to recognize the bravery of the women and witnesses who have cooperated with law enforcement and we remain committed to supporting them and all survivors."
