Deadly Fulton County fire ruled homicide

EPHRATAH – A deadly fire in Fulton County from last month is now being investigated as a homicide.
The fire was on May 13 at 517 State Route 67 in Ephratah.
Sara Stinnett, 74, was found dead inside her home.
Anyone with information is asked to call New York State Police.
