Delmar café planting roots with vegan food

The pandemic hasn’t been able to slow down the plant-based food industry. It’s grown more than 45% in the last three years.
A new Delmar business is part of that growth.
The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the opening of Rooted and Rind Café, on Booth Road in Elsmere.
Owned by Bethlehem native Nicole Rice, the café is quickly becoming popular with regulars for its vegan salads, bagels, pastries, and sandwiches, as well as smoothies and smoothie bowls.
