Democrat Ron Kim to become Saratoga Springs’ next mayor

Democrat Ron Kim will be the next mayor of Saratoga Springs.

His opponent, Republican Heidi Owen West, conceded Tuesday evening.

Incumbent Mayor Meg Kelly decided not to run for re-election.
