Downtown Albany bars, restaurants offering people free rides home

Bars and restaurants in downtown Albany are once again offering customers a safe ride home.
Between now and Sunday, January 2, people with an Uber account can scan a QR code on posters and flyers.
They will receive a free voucher for an Uber ride worth up to $50.
The program is sponsored by DeCrescente Distributing and the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District.
