Duanesburg man indicted in wife, son’s murder

A Duanesburg man has been indicted in connection with the deaths of his wife and son.
The indictment charges Nelson Patino with six counts in connection with the stabbing deaths of Sor Patino and 5-year-old Jacob Patino at their home back on December 2.
Those counts include first and second degree murder.
Patino is also charged with attempted murder, for trying to kill his 2-year-old son.
He will be arraigned on February 17.
