First Warning: Tracking Henri

Henri will likely slow down or briefly stall just south of the Catskills before heading back to the east-northeast later today. Some locally heavy rain is the focus. The heaviest rain will occur across Greene, Columbia and Berkshire counties during the morning into the afternoon.

Areas to the north and west of Albany will see very little additional rainfall, in fact may see some sunshine.

By this afternoon, the broad, swirling area of clouds and rain will drift to the east and move across New England by tonight. The rain will taper off during the afternoon and be out of the area by this evening however a few spotty showers may linger until midnight in western New England.

Quiet weather returns for Tuesday and Wednesday, but hot and humid with highs in the mid to upper 80s.
