Five Colonie businesses caught selling alcohol to underage people

Colonie police say five businesses were caught selling alcohol to underage people during an undercover operation on Friday.
Clerks at Beer Universe, Central Service, Mega Mart Two, Shreeja Sunoco and Latham Circle Mobile were arrested after police say they sent a person under the age of 21 into the store to attempt to buy alcohol.
In all, Colonie police say they performed alcohol compliance checks at 17 establishments that day.
