Saratoga Springs police arrested five people during a protest Wednesday night sponsored by Black Lives Matter.
The protest started in Congress Park and then moved through the streets downtown.
Police say the group of about 60 people stopped at different intersections, blocking traffic.
When asked repeatedly to move out of traffic, police say some members of the group refused.
The five people arrested are charged with disorderly conduct and were released on appearance tickets.
