Florida fugitive wanted for child porn found at Gloversville elementary school

GLOVERSVILLE – A fugitive from Florida is caught in Gloversville.
Justin Hughes was wanted on a number of outstanding warrants, including possessing a photo or movie of a sexual performance by a child.
Police say Hughes was parked in the median of East Boulevard during student dismissal on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers told him to move his vehicle, but police say he fled down 1st Avenue and then turned around and drove back towards the school, hitting a marked patrol vehicle.
Hughes was charged with criminal mischief, unlawfully fleeing a police officer, reckless driving and resisting arrest.
He’s in the Fulton County Jail without bail.
