Former Albany bus monitor sentenced for sexually abusing child

A former Albany bus monitor will spend the next 11 years in prison for sexually abusing a child.

Ynnad White, 32, was sentenced Friday to one count of Criminal Sexual Act in the First-Degree.

While working as a bus monitor in the city of Albany, White sexually abused a child under the age of 13 at least six different times, from March 3 to June 17, 2021.

White will have 20 years of post-release supervision and will be required to register as a sex offender.
