Former Columbia County undersheriff facing child pornography charges

A former Columbia County undersheriff and Copake town justice is under arrest.
State police have charged James Blass with possession of child pornography.
Police say the investigation started after a tip was sent to law enforcement.
Blass is due to appear in Copake Court on March 28.
