Four student-athletes sign national letters of intent at Averill Park

Four female student-athletes signed their national letters of intent to play college athletics on Friday afternoon at Averill Park High School. Two of them are headed to Sacred Heart University. Merry Gaylord will play soccer for the Pioneers while Amelia Wood will join her older sister Kelsey on the basketball team. Abbey Nagel signed to play softball at Buffalo while Michelina Lombardi is headed to LeMoyne College to play basketball for former Siena assistant coach and UAlbany grad Mary Grimes.
