Fulton County shelter takes ownership of rescued, neglected dogs

The dogs rescued from a camper in Fulton County earlier this month have now been signed over to the Fulton County Regional SPCA.
The dogs are not up for adoption yet, because they’re still being treated for eye and skin infections.
Two people are facing animal abuse charges in the case.
The shelter is still raising money to help pay for the dogs’ care.
