SARATOGA SPRINGS – Gaffney’s Bar in Saratoga Springs paid its $70,000 state fine, but it’s not yet clear when it will reopen.

The State Liquor Authority tells NewsChannel 13 the bar paid the fine Wednesday afternoon.

Gaffney’s was forced to close last month after a series of violent events were linked to the bar.

When Gaffney’s re-opens, they will have a new set of rules to follow, including closing at 2 a.m. and no live music or DJs.
