GlobalFoundries, Stillwater giving back to local community

GlobalFoundries and the town of Stillwater are investing in local community organizations.
They recently announced $40,000 in grants to more than a dozen non-profits. The goal is to increase educational opportunities and improve the health and welfare of local residents.
The foundation also provides a $1,500 STEM scholarship to a senior at Stillwater High School.
This is the fifth year that GlobalFoundries has provided this STEM scholarship at Stillwater High. The winner will be announced before the end of the school year.
