A 33-year-old man accused in the death of his grandfather will face a grand jury Tuesday.
Nicholas Pantoni’s defense attorney said his client is facing a murder charge.
"He has no intention of taking any kind of plea," defense attorney Steve Coffey said. "He’s made it very clear to me."
Police say Pantoni beat 82-year-old Gerald Curran at his home on Arcadia Court last Friday.
Curran was taken to Albany Medical Center, where he died.
