Grant effort launched to help Albany businesses

Capitalize Albany is giving a big boost to promote business and retail growth across the city.

The corporation announced $300,000 in grant programs for 2022.

It includes the re-launch of three successful programs, and the new "The Neighborhood Retail Grant Program." That program is aimed at creating investment in the West Hill, Arbor Hill, North Albany and South End neighborhoods.
