Green Island closing village offices after several positive COVID cases

The village of Green Island is closing up shop for the time being, due to COVID.
The village and town offices will be closed to the public until further notice.
Limited staff will be on hand to answer calls and process payments.
Payments can be left in the mail slot.
Three village employees have tested positive for COVID-19 over the last five days.
The closure was done as a precaution.
