A Ballston Spa man was in court Wednesday for a hearing on a drive-by shooting.
Michael Green, 36, is accused of shooting from a moving SUV at a home in Colonie in April 2020.
There were kids inside the house at the time, but no one was hurt.
Green has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
