House of Kicks hosts third Streetwear Convention

The local streetwear brand, House of Kicks, held it’s third and largest convention at the Albany Capital Center.
The convention is meant to bring the community together through street wear, vintage fashion, art and other creative outlets.
The owner of House of Kicks is a local resident and University at Albany alumnus, Zac Gamello. He launched the brand back in 2013.
"I think there is a huge, untapped market of creatives here in Albany that I think are not getting the right shine they deserve, so being able to provide a platform for those creatives…everybody from all levels to be able to connect and network," said Gamello.
The convention showcased over 82 clothing and food vendors, a discussion panel, raffles and much more.
