Husband accused of shooting wife in Troy

Troy police have made an arrest in a late night shooting.
Police say 26-year-old Tyriq Mansell shot his wife in the neck in a home on 8th Street, near Hoosick Street, around 11 p.m. Friday.
She was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. NewsChannel 13 is told she is in stable condition.
Mansell is facing several charges, including attempted murder.
He was arraigned and sent to the Rensselaer County Jail.
