I-88 on ramp reopens after tractor-trailer rollover

An I-88 on ramp in Schenectady County is back open after crews spent hours cleaning flour off the highway.
It happened around 7 a.m. Wednesday at the Exit 25 on ramp. That’s when a tractor-trailer rolled over.
Police say it appears the driver had a mechanical problem.
The driver was not seriously injured. No other injuries are reported.
