Indian Ladder Farms busy preparing orchards for spring

When you think of Indian Ladder Farms, you typically think of fall, apple picking and cider donuts. However, there is activity on the farm this week.

Crews are out working in the orchards.

They are pruning the apple trees, trimming back the branches so the blossoms can grow in the spring.

So while there may still be snow on the ground, seeing work like this gives hope that warmer weather isn’t too far off.
