Judge rules against Johnstown funeral home owner

The Johnstown funeral home owner accused of mishandling human remains is also facing some hefty civil penalties.
Matthews International, a company that sells funeral home products, sued Brian Barnett. The company claims Barnett did not pay his nearly $9,300 bill.
The suit was filed in November, but Barnett never answered it.
A judge ruled last month that Barnett has to pay the bill plus legal fees, totaling more than $10,600.
At last check, Barnett was spending time in a rehab facility, as the legal case against him continues.
